From the Taconic Parkway (Route 23, Claverack / Hillsdale Exit)
Go West on Route 23 towards Claverack approximately 5 miles to the junction of Routes 9H and 23.
Turn right onto Route 9H North to the junction of 9H and Route 66.  
Turn right onto Route 66 and drive 1/2 mile north toward Chatham.
Turn left onto Sherman Potts Drive at sign for Columbia Medical Park.
We are located in the tan building on the left with cupolas on the roof. 

From the South
Take Route 9H North to the junction of Route 9H and Route 66. 
Turn right onto Route 66 and drive 1/2 mile north toward Chatham.
Turn left onto Sherman Potts Drive at sign for Columbia Medical Park.

From the North (I-90 Exit 12)
Take Route 9 South to the rotary by Hannaford in Valatie.
At the rotary take Route 9H South , approximately 14 miles to the junction of Route 9H and Route 66.
Turn left onto Route 66 and drive 1/2 mile north toward Chatham.
Turn left onto Sherman Potts Drive at sign for Columbia Medical Park.
